CHIN是一个很喜欢游泳的大学一年级学生，可她却不够能力进去学校的体育社团，在一次偶然的机会下，她需要去管理学校另外一个游泳社团—海豚社。在她的管理期间，在海豚社的休息室遇见2年级的学长—整天无所事事的CHELAED以及另外2个同样不知所谓的成员。由于游泳池是大学里势力更大的游泳社团管理着，他们更本不让这样的小社团社员使用游泳池。作为海豚社管理的CHIN的麻烦事情开始接踵而来......
