《完美暗恋》是广东卫视打造的一档情感类真人秀节目。该节目打破传统相亲中“以貌取人”的弊端，让男女嘉宾通过“听其声、听其言”去认识一个人。相亲男女要共同住在远离城市喧嚣的一座别墅里，朝夕相处4天时间。男女们相处的过程都见不到对方的面容。男女嘉宾在一间伸手不见五指的暗室里相处，并互相了解。在了解完一个人的内心之后，再让他们相见。
故事发生在北宋中期，奸商苏光平（李建义 饰）在利益的趋势之下决定同傲龙堡主人石无忌（戚迹 饰）联姻，石无忌挑选了身份卑微的庶出女子苏幻儿（赵丽颖 饰），然而苏幻儿的个性桀骜不驯，竟然斗胆逃婚，无奈之下，样貌和苏幻儿极为相似的杨意柳（赵丽颖 饰）代替苏幻儿嫁进了石家。在石家，杨意柳吃尽了苦头，受尽了折磨，然而，坚强善良的她并没有就此自暴自弃，而是靠着自己的努力，不断的感化着周围的人们。一场意外中，杨意柳救了四小姐石无暇（郑茜 饰），之后，又凭借着自己的聪明才智，化解了家庭内部的诸多矛盾，随着时间的推移，杨意柳和石无忌之间渐渐产生了真挚的夫妻之情，可是，就在此时，石无忌的知己马仙梅（杨梓墨 饰）出现在了两人面前，要求一个名分。

伦是一个爱慕虚荣的富家女，为了得到一个男爵夫人的称号她离开故土丹麦远嫁东非肯尼亚，然而男爵夫人的称号并没有给凯伦带来美满的婚姻生活。幸运的是在那片广袤的土地上，凯伦可以经常外出打猎、探险，她渐渐的爱上了这片神奇的土地。 在一次打猎遇险时，凯伦邂逅了年青的英国贵族邓尼斯。在遭遇婚姻的破裂和丈夫出走之后，凯伦独立承担起经营庄园的任务，在劳动的过程中，凯伦渐渐的与种植园里的仆人们产生了深厚友谊，而她与邓尼斯的关系似乎也有了进展......
