CBS宣布他们正在研究开发《海军罪案调查处 NCIS》系列的第四部剧《海军罪案调查处：夏威夷 NCIS: Hawaii》，这部剧由《海军罪案调查处：新奥尔良 NCIS: New Orleans》的幕后Christopher Silber与Jan Nash及《海豹突击队 SEAL Team》的Matt Bosack联手制作。 目前这项目的情报不多，只知是讲述一支被设置在夏威夷的海军罪案调查处新团队，而且不像过去的衍生剧，这剧不会在其他系列剧率先登场。 过去《海军罪案调查处：洛杉矶 NCIS: Los Angeles》倒是曾经和《夏威夷特勤组 Hawaii Five-0》联动，因此来过夏威夷。
第二季的故事将加入由Christian Cook扮演的新常规角色，在第二季剧情一开始，通向仙宫的传送门已经打开，某种势力将穿越它来到人类的地球。Christian Cook的角色出现之后，黑暗再次笼罩东区。Joanna因为中毒而非常虚弱，Beauchamp家的其他女人正全力寻找解药。Penelope死后，Killian和Dash的巫师魔力全都恢复了。

《更美好的事》由Louis C.K.及Pamela Adlon主创，该剧算是Pamela Adlon半自传性质剧，讲述一位中产单身母亲女演员，如何整天工作之余，还照顾起三个女儿（Mikey Madison﹑Hannah Alligood﹑Olivia Edward饰），而且她还得抽空应付住在对面街的英国籍母亲（Celia Imrie饰）。Louis C.K.及Pamela Adlon负责了首集剧本。
菲丽西缇·琼斯正商谈出演《以性为本》，饰演传奇女法官鲁丝·巴德·金斯伯格，讲述她职业生涯里为平权作斗争的事迹。金斯伯格曾就读于哈佛和哥伦比亚大学的法学院，1980年被任命为联邦上诉法院哥伦比亚特区巡回审判区法官，1993年由克林顿总统任命为联邦最高法院法官，是最高法院内富有争议的自由派法官之一，也是美国历史上第二位进入最高法院的女性法官，她在整个职业生涯里一直为平权、性别平等发声。影片将由咪咪·莱德(《守望尘世》《无耻之徒》)执导，Daniel Stiepleman操刀剧本，此剧本曾入选2014年剧本黑名单，焦点影业和Participant Media公司联合制作，9月份在蒙特利尔开机。
