改编自真山仁的「秃鹰」系列的衍生作品「ハゲタカ4.5/スパイラル」，以中小企业的再生为主题。本剧描述企业再造家重整，陷入破产危机的町工场的故事。玉木宏演原为精英银行员的芝野健夫，后来转变为帮助陷入经营困难的企业重整的企业家。
