本剧由《花样男子》全基尚PD担任制作，改编自日本人气漫画《花样少年少女》，主要是以男高为背景的花美男剧团的青春故事，讲述了因受伤而失忆的跳高选手金牌得主“姜泰俊”（崔珉豪饰），与女扮男装的美少年“具在熙”（崔雪莉饰）的爱情浪漫史，再次带来一股花美男热潮。
该剧讲述了一对情侣找回爱情的过程，千羽和夏冬依靠美好的爱情成了著名的网红，但是名利让爱情变质，两人又因为合约和粉丝的压力，希望对方能先提出分手。在互相吵闹的过程当中，他们遇到很多人，逐渐意识到自己还爱着彼此。他们真正需要的不是分手，而是做回真实的自己，找回爱情。
