青木琴美漫画《属于你的我的初恋》将电视剧化，野村周平、樱井日奈子主演，尾崎将也(《不能结婚的男人》)编剧。故事围绕无法活到20岁的患病少年垣野内逞(野村周平饰)和心爱女孩种田茧(樱井日奈子饰)的情感展开。2009年井上真央、冈田将生主演该漫画改编的电影[我的初恋情人]。
经验丰富的现役救护总队目麦在田（马德钟饰），拥有幸福完整的家庭，却因为司机醉驾，令老婆章可岚（李佳芯饰）失救致死，因此痛恨任意妄为的人和事。自小父母离异的卓家杰（何广沛饰）机缘巧合，成为麦在田下属。透过二人经历不同的救护案件，让观众感受到救护员一句安慰说话，或是无声陪伴，能减轻市民面对受伤的恐慌，与死亡的孤寂。
