遥远的古灵星被毁灭，幸存的三位超人来到星星球向开心超人求救。以开心超人为首的五位超人为维护宇宙的正义，决定寻找古灵星毁灭的原因。当开心超人追查古灵星毁灭的线索时，却发现多了两个神秘的反派——月舞、星影，阻止他们的追查行动，而且月舞星影背后居然还有更大的势力。他们下一个毁灭的目标就是星星球。
