改编自こもとも子的同名漫画。故事讲述池田咲子（樱井日奈子）从长野到东京，于文房具制造商工作，是刚入社会的年轻人。因为不习惯工作对此感到疲惫的她，最期待的就是「犒赏饭」。她会以奖励努力了1星期的自己为名，在家中认真制作不同的料理，也会去喜欢的店吃美食，在吃方面全力享受，内容包括烤鸡串、饺子、松饼、水果三明治等，重拾下星期的活力，对观众来说是另一次的深夜美食恐袭。
