在这部作品中，初代高达里的人气角色像是夏亚、阿姆罗、拉拉等人都会登场，但个性却与原作天差地别。像是阿姆罗就会靠著新人类能力想些色色的事情、夏亚是个老爱装傻的天兵，拉拉则是专门负责吐槽夏亚的角色。颠覆原作的无厘头设定跟搞笑剧情发展，无论读者之前是否看过高达原作应该都会捧腹大笑。
